This recipe is from my Facebook friend Tiphani. You can make it with the skin off or on, but you have to treat it differently.
Tiphani’s Oven-Fried Chicken
- 1 c crushed corn flakes
- 4 tsp flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 8 chicken legs or 1 cut-up chicken
- Preheat oven to 350
- Put ingredients in a bag or in a dish.
- If you keep the skin on, moisten with water then bread; without skin, rub with mayo then bread.
- Bake on foil-lined baking sheet 45 minutes.
