Steakhouse Wedge Salad

To do this right, you should have blue cheese dressing and blue cheese crumbles but my son is allergic so I have the crumbles listed as optional and the dressing listed as your choice.

Nutrition per portion

  • 1 nice head lettuce
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 4 oz blue cheese, crumbled (optional)
  • Salad dressing of choice
  1. Wash lettuce and let dry.  Remove loose outer leaves.
  2. Cut into wedges.
  3. Sprinkle with carrot shreds and blue cheese crumbles, if using.
  4. Serve with dressing of choice.
