This will be a sort of archive of the old menus from previous weeks.  I’m organizing it by years for convenience.

During Lent, some sort of fish or seafood is always on sale.  So I’m doing the Easy For You Seafood from Kroger with some sort of Asian or plain flavor and an Asian slaw  Also chicken is on sale so I’m getting some of that.  Mostly, though, I’m gearing toward quick or crock because of my new job.
