I love freezer meals. This one cooks up in the oven so you can do white rice in the cooker or brown on the stove while it bakes.
- 20 small meatballs
- 3/4 c barbecue sauce
- 3/4 c orange juice
- 1/2 c packed dark brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 8-oz can crushed pineapple
- Label gallon zipper bag.
- Place ingredients in the bag and freeze flat.
- Thaw overnight in fridge.
- Place in greased baking dish.
- Cover. Bake at 375″ for 1 hour.
