This is a variation of the Fried Cabbage with Bacon, Onions and Garlic, but for nights when you want to get food on the table faster. As it’s a stir-fry, the cabbage is also crisp-tender, not buttery-soft. Bacon Coleslaw Stir-fry is also a prettier dish, since it has the carrot shreds in it to orange it up. I always use the thick-cut bacon because it’s more real to me.
