Katerina at Diethood has a lot of good ideas. This Baked Pesto Chicken with Olives and Feta is one of them. It’s another use for my Lodge skillet and it’s got lots of tasty ingredients. I’m not worried about sodium, though, so I don’t rinse the olives, only drain them well.
