If you make your own, you can control what goes in it.  This is tasty and easy.

Nutrition per portion

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sage
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne (or more, optional for spicy)
  1. Measure and mix spices.
  2. Add spices to ground pork.
  3. With hands, mix spices and pork together.
