Burgundy Pork Loin

Burgundy comes from a specific region but is made from pinot noir grapes so you can use any good pinot noir for this recipe.  This is a pretty dish due to the deep color of the wine (in my opinion anyway).  This is good with noodles or mashed potatoes.
