For some reason, my kids eat ramen. By choice. So I make this sometimes. I generally substitute 3 breasts for the chicken thighs and a cup of thawed frozen green peas for the sugar snap peas, though. Your mileage may vary. This Slow Cooker Chicken and Ramen Noodle Soup calls for Oriental ramen but you can use chicken flavor as well, or one of the spicy ones. Or add some Sriracha. Betty Crocker is one of my favorite sites for recipes because they generally use common ingredients to achieve stellar results.
