Garlic Pork Chops

This is one of the easiest ways to cook pork chops, especially if you use jarred minced garlic. ┬áDon’t be afraid to salt and pepper the chops if you’re inclined, though it’s not necessary.

Ingredients
  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 Tbsp EVOO
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
Method
  1. In a large skillet, combine EVOO and garlic.
  2. Place pork chops in skillet, turning to coat.
  3. Marinate the pork chops in the oil & garlic for at least 30 minutes in refrigerator.
  4. Cook on medium until done.
