All the flavors of pizza in a slow cooker rice dish. Feel free to add cut up pepperoni or drained canned mushrooms or other pizza toppings of your choice.
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 c rice
- 1 quart (4 c) pizza sauce
- 3 c shredded pizza cheese
- 1 c ricotta cheese
- 4 c water
- Cook beef with onion in skilled until beef is brown; drain.
- Mix all ingredients in crock.
- Cover and cook on HIGH for 6 hours or until rice is tender.
