Avocado Chicken Burgers

These are so good that we usually double the recipe. If you don’t keep almond flour on hand, you could use panko or possibly cornflake crumbs, ┬ábut I haven’t tried it so you would be the pioneer.

Avocado Chicken Burgers

Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 large ripe avocado
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 c almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 4 Hawaiian-style buns
Method
  1. Combine ingredients in large bowl
  2. Shape into patties
  3. Cook.
  4. Serve on Hawaiian buns.
