To do this right, you should have blue cheese dressing and blue cheese crumbles but my son is allergic so I have the crumbles listed as optional and the dressing listed as your choice.
Steakhouse Wedge Salad
- 1 nice head lettuce
- 1 carrot, grated
- 4 oz blue cheese, crumbled (optional)
- Salad dressing of choice
- Wash lettuce and let dry. Remove loose outer leaves.
- Cut into wedges.
- Sprinkle with carrot shreds and blue cheese crumbles, if using.
- Serve with dressing of choice.
